The Delaney Group assisted in The Hawaii Group’s incorporation of HiEmployment on April 4, 2010. Later the same year, The Delaney Group provided advisory assistance all of the due diligence required for the successful acquisitions of POI Employer Services and POI Employment by HiEmployment for a successful close on July 4, 2010. The Delaney Group also facilitated the credit facilities on behalf of HiEmployment with American Savings Bank.
