An LOI was entered on December 4, 2013 and The Delaney Group performed all of the Due Diligence, financial analysis, financing and other legal matters in 27 days to close the transaction on December 31, 2013. OneSource was valued at $1 million at the time of Closing. OneSource was founded by Desirea Aguinaldo and Jody Dennet.
