The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of POI Employer Services, LLC (PEO) and POI Employment, LLC (Staffing) from Sean Knox on April 4, 2010, which consisted of 26 clients and 52 employees. On July 4, 2010, HiHR launched Hawaii Employment Services (HiEmployment).
