The Delaney Group ("TDG"), has represented both buyers and sellers on multiple transactions, and I have personally acquired and sold multiple businesses.
We perform everything from valuations, negotiations, property and transaction due diligence, credit facility negotiations, accounting, tax planning, and other consulting and advisory services. We have represented both buyers and sellers, and in some of the transactions, we have represented both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.

Mergers
WR Financial
HiAccounting acquired the tax firm WR Consulting, Inc. The acquisition greatly increased the expertise and services offered by HiAccounting.
HRBenefix
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of HRBenefix’s Hawaii operations and Kiria Payroll Services’ assets.
Kiria Payroll Services
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of HRBenefix’s Hawaii operations and Kiria Payroll Services’ assets.
One Source
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of OneSource by Hawaii Human Resources, which consisted of 75 clients, all of its assets, staff and approximately 300 worksite employees.
JS Services
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of JS Services by The Hawaii Group, which consisted of 337 clients, all of its office, assets, staff.
Human Resource Advisors
As part of CaHR's expansion into Northern California, Human Resource Advisors was acquired in 2013.
Island Nurses
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of Island Nurses by HiNursing for a successful acquisition from the estate of Scott C. Craun on December 12, 2012.
POI Employment and POI Employer Services
The Delaney Group facilitated the acquisition of POI Employer Services & POI Employment.
Harich Tahoe Developments
Responsible for the corporate merger/acquisition of Harich Tahoe Development at an acquisition price of $80 million.
Acquisitions
Sunterra Japan
Formed a real estate company which acquired its first commercial building acquisition in August 2004. Sold in 2016 for X% return on investment.
Davinci I, II & III
The Company is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the property investment advisory business.
Marc Hotel & Resorts
During the Embassy Ka’anapali acquisition, The Delaney Group was responsible for the acquisition to purchase 100 percent of capital stock of Hawaii-based Marc Hotels & Resorts Inc.
Embassy Kaanapali Maui
Timeshare conversion - Responsible for all aspects of the $80 million, 413 unit hotel acquisition out of bankruptcy from a consortium of 12 Japanese lenders.
Embassy Poipu Point
Delaney facilitated the management agreements and transition for Marc Resorts to take over management of the 219-unit Embassy Suites Resort at Poipu Point, Kauai.
